Surface Preparation
– The surface must be strong, clean, free from oil stains, dust, rust, curing compounds, paint, loose cement particles, or foreign substances. Concrete surfaces must be saturated with water but without standing water.
Mixing Procedure
– Repair-S 1 bag (25 kg) per 4.25 liters of water. Mix thoroughly until homogeneous using a low-speed mixer (not exceeding 400 rpm).
– Use a trowel to repair the desired area with pressure during application to ensure full filling of the repair area.
– In case of repairing edges or corners, to prevent material from flowing or bulging to the other side, use two trowels to clamp both sides of the corner.
Leave to dry to a semi-dry state, then finish with a trowel as desired. Can be applied in thicknesses of 1-35 millimeters.
Recommendations
– Do not mix sand or any additional chemicals into the mixture.
– The suitable working temperature should be between 5-35 degrees Celsius.
Cleaning After Use
– Tools should be cleaned and CLEVCON REPAIR S rinsed off with clean water immediately after use. Before use, study the instructions thoroughly to understand the procedure. For safety information, refer to the product label or MSDS.
