Surface Preparation
• The injection area must be free from oil, grease, and contaminants that could reduce adhesion to concrete.

Packer Installation
• Drill holes to install packers (devices used to deliver chemicals into cracks). Position the holes at regular intervals along the crack line. Ensure each hole connects to the crack so the chemical can penetrate. If possible, the depth should reach approximately the midpoint of the structure.

Chemical Mixing
• Mix PURFOAM Part A (resin) with Part B (reactor) at a ratio of 10:1. The amount of Part B can be adjusted to suit site conditions.

Injection Procedure
• Inject the mixture using a high-pressure pump into each packer, starting from the bottom upward. Continue injecting until foam emerges from the surface.
• Move to the next higher position until all packers are injected. Then return to each packer to re-inject and ensure full coverage of all cracks.

Precautions
• This material reacts rapidly with water. Ensure all equipment is dry before use.
• Avoid contact between the mixture and water to prevent premature reaction. If the material reacts and sets during injection, stop the pump and clean the equipment immediately to prevent clogging.

Cleaning
• After each use, promptly clean all tools and equipment with thinner or acetone. Packers can be removed after 1 hour. Seal and repair all drilled holes with mortar.
