Surface Preparation
• The surface must be strong, clean, dry, and free from oil, dust, rust, curing compounds, paint, or contaminants. The surface must be sound with no loose parts. Cracks should be repaired with suitable materials, and uneven areas should be leveled to avoid standing water. For repair work with existing waterproofing systems, the old system should be completely removed to ensure maximum performance of the new waterproofing. Saturate the concrete surface with water before application, but do not allow standing water during the process.

Mixing Instructions
• Pour clean water into a prepared mixing container according to the specified cement-to-water ratio. Add KRYSTAL SEAL into the container and mix thoroughly until homogeneous.

Application Instructions
• Apply the mixture onto the prepared surface. Use within 30–45 minutes (at 30°C). For old concrete, allow the first coat to dry for about 3–6 hours before applying the second coat.
• Recommendation: Protect the waterproofing layer from direct sunlight for 2–3 days after application.
