Application

Surface Preparation
• Conditions of surfaces shall be dry and free of dirt, paint, grease, oil, rust and other contaminants.
• New concrete shall have been properly cured and seasoned.
Priming
• Apply HYFLOOR Epoxy Primer on the resurfaced area at a typical coverage of 0.10-0.15 kg/m2. Allow material to cure for 1-3 hours before proceeding.
Mixing
• Mix part A and part B together as specified ratio.
• The amount of water used in the mix is approximately 5-7 kg per set. Add half of the water amount to the epoxy mix.
• Add part C into epoxy mix plus the other half amount of water using a forced action mixer or heavy duty slow speed drill.
Application
• Apply to necessary areas with straight edge trowel.
• Troweling should be done within 24 hours.
• Allow the material to cure for at least 24 before open to light traffic.
