Application

Surface Preparation
• Surface must be free from oil, dust, grease, standing water, or any adhesion obstacles. If possible,
roughen the surface to enhance adhesion.
• For anchor installation, the workpiece must be clean, free from dust or oil stains.
• Deteriorated concrete must be removed before repair.
Mixing
• Mix Grout 101 with clean water at a ratio of 3.5 – 4.5 liters per 1 bag of cement (final volume 12-13 liters)
• Use a low-speed drill to mix until homogeneous
• For small quantities, hand stirring is acceptable. Add water proportionally
• Do not add any chemicals
Installation
• Install formwork for pouring. Ensure it is strong and leak-free
• Pour mixed grout slowly and continuously until full
• Ensure no air bubbles
Cleaning
• Clean equipment immediately after use with clean water
