Application
Surface Preparation
• The surface must be strong, clean, and dry, free from oil stains, dust, rust, curing agents, paint, loose cement particles, or any contaminants. No primer is required.
Mixing Procedure
• Mix Part A and Part B at a weight ratio of 2:1 using a low-speed drill for 2 minutes. For small quantities, mixing can be done with a paddle or trowel. Ensure the mixture is thoroughly blended into a uniform consistency.
Application Procedure
• For rebar anchoring or bolt embedding, the diameter of the drilled hole should be 2–4 mm larger than the material being anchored.
• For bonding materials, ensure the mixed epoxy adhesive is applied evenly across the prepared surface to avoid voids after bonding.
• For horizontal surface repairs, if needed, use formwork to define the repair area. Each layer should not exceed 30 mm in thickness.
• For vertical surface repairs, each layer should not exceed 10 mm in thickness to prevent sagging.
