Application
Surface Preparation
• Clean the repair area thoroughly to remove dust, concrete debris, oil, grease, and any contaminants that may reduce adhesion to concrete.
Packer Installation (Injection Head)
• Drill holes to install packers at intervals along the crack line to allow the resin to flow through the crack.
• For high-pressure applications, vertical surfaces, or overhead work, seal the crack with epoxy mortar (EZ Fix) to prevent leakage during injection.
Mixing
• Mix EG-152 at a ratio of 2:1 (A:B) by weight using a low-speed mixer until fully blended.
• Inject the resin using a high-pressure pump into each packer along the crack line. Observe for overflow at the surface before moving to the next packer. For vertical cracks, inject from bottom to top.
Post-Use Cleaning
• After use, clean all tools and equipment with thinner. Once the epoxy has cured, the packers can be removed.
