Surface Preparation
• Concrete – The surface must be strong, clean, dust-free, dry, and free from oil stains, rust, curing agents, paint, or any contaminants. The surface must not be flaky. If cracks are present, repair them with CLEVCON REPAIR-M mortar first. Chamfer the corners at floor-wall joints to prevent water pooling.
• Metal Surface – Must be free from rust and corrosion. If rust is present, remove it by sanding and apply anti-rust paint before applying the actual coating.
• Prime with CLEVCON PRIMER-W, one coat at a rate of 0.12 liters per square meter.

Application Procedure
• For brush or roller application, CERAKOTE can be used directly without dilution.
• For spray application, dilute with water at a ratio of 10% to ease application. Mix thoroughly before use.
• It is recommended to apply at least 2 coats. For the second coat, apply in a direction perpendicular to the first. Allow 1–2 hours between coats.

Post-Use Cleaning
• Clean tools and rinse off the product with clean water immediately after use.

Precautions
• The ideal working temperature is between 5–35°C.
• Avoid working under direct sunlight. Surface temperature should be between 0–60°C.
• CERAKOTE should not be used in areas with prolonged water accumulation.
